Dr. Majid Hameed Al-Abood, a specialist in diabetes and endocrinology, published his article paper entitled
Adherence of Health workers to the personal Protective Equipment during COVID-19 Pandemic
This article has been published in the journal “Infectious Diseases in Clinical Practice“.
During his research, Dr. Al-Abood followed the extent of the commitment of workers in health institutions to preventive measures, starting from washing hands and ending with wearing a personal protective kit when dealing with Corona patients or others.
This research falls within the joint initiative between the Basra Health Department and the Iraqi Association for Medical Research and Studies to study the Corona pandemic.
